Sofia Bretl is a licensed massage therapist in private practice in New York City. She graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2016, and practices several healing modalities including Reiki, Therapeutic Massage, and Intuitive Touch. She is licensed in the state of NY and is a member of AMBP. Sofia sees clients at her office in Union Square and Flatiron district and is also available for out call appointments. 

"I have always been drawn to alternative modalities of health. My earliest experience of the power of healing touch began in childhood from laying my hands on my grandmother's aching joints to ease her pain. It felt like the most innate, natural thing to want to support her in this simple yet deep way. This is the mindset I bring to each of my sessions with clients.

My philosophy is  to shine the light on the unique connection that each person has to their body and soul through the power of healing touch, and to bring out the natural ability of a human being to heal themselves on different levels of existence."
